・Planning, development and operation of personnel IT system

・Building, planning and operation of shared services
(Examination of shared services including outsourcing (BPO) of work that will be entrusted immediately after joining the company)
・Leader's role as general affairs/HR personnel
Requirements
・Development or sales experience of personnel work system, payroll management system, etc.
・Personnel with at least 2 years of work experience
