Job Description
• Create strong organizations to grow the business
• Improve employee relationship
• Fill the gap between Country Management Team and 1st layer managers
• Provide necessary trainings to employees
• Compliance related matter
Supports and assists Regional HR Director and Country Managers in establishment of strategies business plan, KPIs, providing of accurate and appropriate information for decision making.
Establishes and maintains an effective communication system throughout the organization.
Develops the necessary follow-up procedures to ensure agreed actions are implemented.
Institute effective operating procedures and control systems to ensure that the company remains with high work efficiency, without fraud and within cost budgets.
Develops policies, directs and coordinates human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training and employee services.
Oversees and directs performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within the company.
Manages a variety of general office activities through subordinates
Maximizes office productivity with appropriate equipment and expenses.
Develops office budget and initiates cost saving programs.
Other assignments by Regional HR Director and Country Managers as beneficial for the company.
Requirements
University degree with major in Human Resources Management or other relevant field
Familiar with the Labor Law and the related regulations of Japan
Works in HR area in a company more than 5 years. Works for a HR Service company (like a payroll vendor) is not considered as a “woks in HR area in a company”.
5+ experiences in multi-national Company(ies)
Working experience for a Company which has employees in betwen 100 to 1,000 in Japan
Strong management, negotiation and coordination skills
Good planning, organization and priority skills
Proactive attitude with proven ability to implement solutions to problems, Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Familiar with MS office software
