Job Description
⚫ Manage regular labor committee with labor unions. (Schedule committee, confirm committee agenda, prepare committee document materials, draft committee minutes)
⚫ Support negotiation with labor unions on key topics (salary increase, policy changes, individual labor issues)
⚫ Manage legal procedures for policy changes, labor agreements
⚫ Review the current HR system/policies and propose for improvement
⚫ Design and coordinate HR policy change, new HR policy in line with company direction and HR strategy closely working with HRBP, CMT, Regional HR, labor unions.
⚫ Provide appropriate guidance to HRBP and line managers about HR policies and labor issues
⚫ Act as project leader for C&B related projects, or Join company-wide projects as HR representative
Requirements
⚫ Education: Bachelor’s degree
⚫ Working Experience: More than 5 years experiences in policy planning, labor relations, or compensation & benefits, including project management experience. Additional HR experience is preferable.
⚫ Technical & Professional Knowledge: Understanding for Japanese labor laws and labor unions, Policy documentation skill in Japanese
⚫ Competencies: Think Strategically, Manage conflicts, Collaborate with others, Drive changes, Communicate Effectively
⚫ Language: Native level in Japanese, Business level in English
