Job Description
You will be responsible for Drafting, Review, Negotiation of various types on Contracts to help support different functions of the business. Other responsibilities include being proactive at promoting business in expansion and support in various legal functions. You will be working with other areas of business to support on a legal level
You will also work with regulatory bodies for compliance and legal.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Japanese Lawyer (Bengoshi)
- At least 3 years of experience should be from work in-house and compliance in a multinational firm
-Working experience in Life Science/Medical Device/Pharma sector is preferable.
