Job Description
Summary:
This position is key to our Japan business. We are looking for a strong, independent Plant Engineering Expert to join our Production Engineering team and lead the induction of new technology and equipment, as well as maintenance to improve overall productivity.
The selected person will be working closely with global colleagues, so English is often used in email communication.

Location: Shiga. Relocation support is provided

Key Responsibilities:
1) Introduction of production equipment and maintenance work in the formulation (oral preparation) and packaging process (including some exterior sterilization processes)
2) Investment plan for constructing a new manufacturing facility including a dedicated building
3) New manufacturing Equipment design / introduction work such as line construction and enhancement of manufacturing capacity
4) Productivity improvement work in the manufacturing process by introducing new production technology
5) Equipment introduction / modification to improve the manufacturing process and equipment renewal due to aging , Improvement of computer software, etc.
6) Facility / equipment maintenance management work to guarantee the quality of products manufactured in the factory and realize stable operation
7) Communication with relevant internal & external stakeholders

Requirements

【学歴・資格】
■大卒以上で理工学系の機械工学、電気工学、化学工学を修学したもの（或いはそれと同等レベルの教育を受け
た方）
【経験・職務に必要な能力】
■設備導入、技術導入等のエンジニアリング業務に精通された方（IT技術に精通されていれば、尚可）
■GMP： 医薬品製造企業におけるエンジニアリング業務を経験された方でGMPに精通された方 また化粧
品、食品業界における経験者の方でも可
■機械系、電気系または化学工学系エンジニア 特に製剤・包装プロセスにおける設備導入及びメンテナンスの
経験者の方は尚可
【スキル・語学レベル】
■英語： ビジネス初級以上、TOEICスコア500点以上（電話会議に参加し、聞き取りや発言ができるレベル）
■PCスキル： ワード、エクセル、パワーポイントの基本操作
