Job Description
Perform regular finance forecasting for specific business unit
Analyze key KPIs and analyze variances in order to make recommendations that improve business profitability
Work closely with other team members across different business units in order gather data, make business recommendations, and drive business growth
Requirements
5+ years of FP&A or business planning experience
Basic understanding of Japanese accounting principles
Strong communication ability in English and Japanese
Prior experience in an international company is preferred but not required
