Our client is a well established foreign investor. With an increasing presence and focus on Japan they are looking for an experienced Sourcing candidate to help source candidates in the lodging and hotel space.
Job Description
The role will involve the following:
1 - Deal origination in the Lodging and Hotel space,
2 - Deal execution
3 - Working with the Japan CEO to pitch deals to the investor committee
4 - Some aspects of deal documentation
Requirements
As this is a senior position our client is looking for
1 - 10 plus years of relevant experience in acquisitions and deal origination
2 - Strong experience in deal execution
3 - At least daily conversation ability in english
