職務内容 - The Position:
This is a [Head of Talent Acquisition, JPAC] position.
You will work closely with both Japan's local HR and APAC HR in a dynamic environment with a high degree of freedom, to provide the best employee service related to Talent matters. In this role, you will also be acting as a leader to give direction to the team, be an ambassador of company’s brand, a trusted talent partner to business stakeholders.
Your typical day will be like:
Support the execution of global processes in talent management
Evaluate and improve current recruitment process, tools implementation to increase hiring efficiency
Coaching and advising business leaders on hiring, interviewing, feedback, and identify key skillset of high potential
Conducting workforce skillset review and workforce planning
Manage vendor relationships and people management
Be an ambassador of company’s branding, drive DE&I initiatives to ensure good employee experience
Localizing and facilitating global talent programs to ensure compliance and clarity
Deliver change management and communication for People-related matters
Other ad-hoc HR related tasks.
Requirements
Solid years of experience in talent acquisition or talent management, organization development
Fluent English and Japanese proficiency
Strong business acumen and sense of responsibility, leadership and proactivity
