Job Description
This is a bilingual HR operation specialist position, we are looking forward to having someone who knows Japanese labor law, and experience in the HR operation area to help us review and build new ways of HR practices for the best employee experience.
Your typical day will cover the task in below areas:
Employee life cycle management (on/off-boarding, HR data, HR process, etc)
Global employee mobility procedure such as visa, benefit and local life support
Attendance mangement
Payroll management
Compensation & Benefit procedure
Safety & Security
Other ad-hocs HR tasks
Requirements
- Experienced HR practitioner with knowledge of Japanese labor law & experience in HR operation
- Business English is a must
