Job Description
You will work closely with Japan GM and Global HR head from HongKong in this role, you job cope will be:
In charge of recruitment activities in Japan, such as agency management, interview and offer.
Employee life cycle management, including on/off boarding, payroll, social insurance, HR data, etc.
In charge employee relations and engagement, to create a lively working environment.
Acting as HR advisor to business leaders regarding compensation benefits, performance evaluation, training.
Working with global HR team on other ad-hoc HR programs.
Requirements
Passionate in HR and has HR generalist experience.
Good English and Japanese communication skills.
Good Japanese labor law understanding
