Job Description
The business constant expansion in Japan leads to increase the needs of our HR Team. As a Recruitment focused HR Generalist, you will conceive practical and creative ways to provide HR Guidance for the business leaders. The team is driven and motivated to be knowledgeable partners to our candidates and hiring managers. They are collaborative in problem-solving, with high tenacity in challenging situations. This position has opportunities to expand one’s career into the exciting renewable energy sector and within the field of HR by actively learning and developing skills in other HR fields beyond recruitment.
• End to end recruitment activities through close collaboration to the business.
• Understanding hiring needs through close communication and consideration to the business strategy and team objectives.
• Select and utilizing effective recruitment channels and sources tailoring to the hiring needs (Direct sourcing mediums, agency management, referrals, etc. )
• Plan, execute and lead employer branding initiatives.
• Establish strong relationships with candidates and ensure a smooth candidate experience to attract talents throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with HR team members to implement and improve HR measures and strategies to support the company goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with HR teams in overseas HQ on HR related projects.
Requirements

• More than 3 years of practical experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting (Inhouse or Agency).
• Direct sourcing experience.
• Proven ability to take initiative in work and be a self-starter.
• Passionate to attract the best talent to contribute to the growth of the company.
• Informed of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition to
• drive innovation and improvement.
• Highly motivated to learn about adjacent HR fields in which you currently have no experience and
• Willingness to be flexible and expand expertise in other areas of HR.
• Business-level English skills and native-level Japanese skills.
• Value teamwork with excellent interpersonal skills.
