職務内容 The Position

This position is a recruiter role. You will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle from preparing Job Descriptions to the placement of candidates. 
Working with recruitment companies to obtain the best talents in Japan.
Database management will also be required. 


必要なスキル・経験 Required Skills and Experience

- Strong recruitment experience (Full recruitment cycle) Agency experience is appreciated.
- Basic knowledge of direct sourcing (headhunting)
- Fluent Japanese speaking ability with business English
- Have either experience in, or a interest advertising company
- Strong Communication skills
