職務内容 The Position
This is an HR Manager opportunity reporting directly to the President of Japan
this opportunity is based in their Tokyo head office and encompasses a wide range of HR responsibilities. The successful candidate will be need to have a strong understanding for recruitment and also Payroll matters including the wider range of HR functions.
This role will be responsible for 1 subordinate

- Recruitment and payroll experience. Knowledge of Japanese labor law and social insurance. Well versed in HR functions
- Experience of Management
- Native Japanese speaking with business English
- A flexible mind set and the ability to propose new ideas and solutions
- Ideally someone with retail, consumer goods or luxury experience.
