This position is a HR Talent & Inclusion in Talent Management.
Responsibilities include - Leadership in driving Global Talent management processes
Develop talent pipelines via development of internal associates, creative sourcing solutions and external market mapping.
Act as a focal point for Diversity & Inclusion initiatives for Oncology Japan

- Bachelor Degree
- Fluent in English & Japanese
- Proven strategic skills combined with the ability to implement
