On another hand, the overseas subsidiaries are in providing support for Internet marketing for local among foreign companies overseas mainly in Asia. Furthermore, they provide smart-phone app advertising service. The Company is implemented in 12 countries including the United States with more than 20 offices.
Founded in the early 2000’s, the company quickly grew successfully and was successfully public listed 5 years later. Their international development started with China in 2003 and grew exponentially since to reach almost 1200 employee globally this year.
職務内容 The Position
This is an HR Generalist position.
Their business expansion leads to the need of a strong talent in their HR team. Today, they are looking for candidates that will accept the challenge of planning, improving, proposing and implementing strong initiatives that align with the HR strategy in various HR services such as: Benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, policy implementation, payroll calculation, social security Insurance procedure. You will also work with their international offices is and the company’s management wishes the HR to be close to the business to be sure to align HR and Business strategy.
