職務内容 The Position
This is a HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) position.
The business expansion in APAC leads to the need of a strong talent in their Japanese team. Today, they are looking for candidates that will accept the challenge of planning, improving, proposing and implementing strong initiatives that align with the HR strategy with Learning and Development. Following activities such as Driving Learning & Development activities to develop a learning organization and HR / L&D activities and other people related activities across the company. By strengthening the Japanese team in ways that are both simple and effective, you will correspond closely with the HR BP and Managers as well as other training departments in global business divisions across the globe.
