Job Description
This is a Head of Human Resources opportunity working with all the division managment and leadership teams.
The role will be responsible for formulating and implementing a HR system including - Evaluations, Compensation, job grading as well as Capacity development and organzational change.

Requirements
- Experience in Planning & Implementations of HR systems for around 400 employees
- Native Japanese Native level and High Business English
- Learning and project management experience
