Position
The Senior Social Strategy Manager is a highly skilled and experienced strategic planner capable of leading a team of digital talents and specialists, collaborating closely across disciplines and networks.
The candidate has in-depth knowledge of digital platforms and tools, delivering groundbreaking ideas, client-centric solutions to diverse clientele, using data and analytics to uncover insights to inform strategy on digital and social media, and offer full range of digital services, winning new business.
Requirements
•Over 4 years of experience in digital communication strategy, organic social media programs, paid social media activation, and planning and delivery of successful integrated campaigns
•In-depth knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter, search and web/mobile technologies, and how to apply creative ideas to achieve results for the brand and reputation
•Skills to set KPIs, plan and create content, execute social media programs, and report on performance
•Drive the research direction, identify real and actionable insights and engage in planning with creatives and practice leads for ideation and strategies for campaigns
•Develop bold strategies for integrated, social-by-design campaigns designed to make business impact that earns media for the client and its brands
•Bring qualified and relevant points of view on digital communication to direct a broader team of indirect reports, including researchers, creatives, community managers, project managers and account leads
•Manage the Digital team to execute programs, campaigns, and evaluate results against objectives
•Crafting clear briefs and work with creatives to develop persuasive and inspiring proposals
•Lead development and management of new business pitches
•Proficient in Japanese and English languagess
