Company: Incorporated in Germany since 2008, it has worked closely with its partners as a
wholesaler of overseas real estate and immigration projects primarily to the Chinese market. We are an industry-leading corporation with a team of over 600 staff supporting our branches and project offices across the globe. The company currently operates out of our Beijing Headquarter with branches in 17 locations worldwide. Our business partners include registered immigration/studying-abroad consultancy firms, property developers, real estate agencies, lawyers, medical facilities and health-care institutes.
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain relationships with existing business partners, enhance quality of customer service.
2. Business development for High-end property and immigrant education industry
3. Doing products promotion, building executive level customer relationship
4. Following the changes in the immigration policy, projects.
5. Driving strategic cooperation with key client, and managing local sales team.
6. Presentations to partners and clients as well as attendance on Exhibitions
7. Market research and analysis of competition on local market, create marketing strategy and communicate with Management.
8. Coordination of business trips/meetings/calls with our Main Office.
Qualifications:
1. Speaks Japanese as the mother tongue and fluent in either English or Chinese required.
2. Eligible to work in Japan without visa support.
3. Bachelor degree or above (law school preferred);
4. At least 6 years of related work experience(sales or legal experience preferred).
5. Office software proficiency.
6. Excellent sales and management skills, interest to legal matters.
7. Excellent interpersonal skills; well organized and result oriented.
