Key Tasks:
Develops & implements sales and distribution plans, objectives, strategies and programs for NKA lens business.
Builds a strong and results-oriented sales team.
Increases sales productivity and effectiveness through effective coaching and guidance.
Cultivates and maintains a positive relationship with key customers.
Works closely with Lens sales head, marketing and finance to ensure the sales team will meet customer/market needs.
Challenges:
Manages demanding and sometimes difficult customers to achieve company’slong-term goals.

University graduate

<EXPERIENCE>
10 years+ sales experience
Proven success in managing or building a sales team
FMCG or healthcare industry experience preferred
Hands-on experience in key accounts and wholesalers
Proven track record of sales achievement
People management
