Italian luxury brand is looking for an online sales associate!
Job Description
1. Providing online customer support related to 'post-sales ' order issues
-Closing the order with the system to get ready to pick/pack/ship the order
-Provide online custome service support by comforably handling client emails
-Manage "post-sales" related order issues: e.g exchanges, claims, complaints, fulfillment discrepancies, special requests, manage customers inquires and complaints via call and emails authorize the store-to-store transfer
2. Providing online customer service support related to 'pre-sales' activity
-Help facilitate sales as an online shopper by interacting with online clients via email to answer product
-Assists customers with "pre-sale related order issues, as necessary"
-Assists to purchase via call
-Answer non-product inquiries in liaison with customer service
3. Additional Luxury brands
-Personalization services: contacting and arranging to customers and WH
-Exchange and return: Handling customers and provide good service
-Customers survey follow ups
4.Keep updated/current with product information&client feedback
-collecting&assembling product information
-conduct fit sessions
-attend pre-season managers meeting training on merchandise
5.Management OSA team and WH team
-Coordinate with ecommerce wh team and osa team
-Support adn handle our teams and customers
Requirements
-Successful retail/sales or customer service experience more than 3years, preferably with call center experience in luxury retail
-Native-level of written and verbal skills in Japanese (TOEIC +600)
-Ability to multi-task with work excel, powerpoint, outlook and several other retail systems
-Some e-commerce/internet experience or exposure a plus
-An avid e-commerce shopper. A strong interest for fashion and/or luxury is a plus
