Basic Requirement Description Education background
▪ Graduate from a recognized university Experience
▪ 3-4 years of experience in Inbound Tele sales, Account mapping and Business operations management
▪ Preferred experience in IT Sales/Worked in a Solution selling environment
▪ Native and Regional language fluency (written and spoken)
▪ Experience of calling into respective countries in scope and have managed clients in these countries
Description Roles & Requirement
▪ Log-in and attend Phone Calls/requests
▪ Provide response to inbound requests maintaining high quality of services and performance standards
▪ Demonstrate a high degree of knowledge of support operations (undertaking a solution selling approach)
▪ Spot possible business opportunities from insights generating from Field interactions (FOS & Partners)
▪ Ensure sales opportunities are successfully managed through the Sales Process to the Closure stage
▪ Adhere to Client’s marketing guidelines & use appropriate messaging acting as a brand advocate for the Client (Largest IT Hardware OEM)
▪ Connect with prospective customers on demand, BANT qualification and Lead generation
▪ Prepare solutions configurations, BOM, Estimates, proposals, contracts for Partners/FOS team
▪ Query resolutions for Partner community & Create a knowledge bank of queries received from partners & FOS
▪ Create a knowledge bank of queries received from partners & FOS
▪ Perform all follow ups for BOM/Estimates/proposals/ Service configurations shared with Partners/FOS
▪ Follow up on the Deal closure status with FOS/Partners
