Job Description
This company is currently looking for a solution sales manager focused on building business for a brand new product. Customers will be Engineering, R&D, Product development and Compliance departments of major corporations. This product will help find online information to research and develop new products, find new solutions to improve older products, and ensure health, regulatory and government compliance through the manufacturing process.
This person will be responsible for driving new sales, as well as working with the account team to ensure customer satisfaction. Close collaboration with the Account Managers and report to the APAC Director overseas.
Requirements
• Engineering degree required, Masters a plus
• Minimum of 5 years successful sales experience with a proven track record
• Proven experience selling complex products/services utilizing a “consultative sales” approach
• Excellent analytical skills and presentation skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Fluent in Japanese, Business English
• Experience working within an international matrixed organization
• Ability to travel (40% approximate)
