Job Summary
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:

The primary role of a D*** Japan General Director is to oversee all the operations of D*** Japan and develop new business and ensure profitability. General Director is responsible for recruiting staff and creating budgets. General Director also develops and submits performance and progress reports to ***.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee business operations and provide strategic leadership include
developing and implementing strategic plans and company policies.
2. General Director has responsibility of;
1) Overall execution of business activities
- Maintain C level sales and relationships with existing customers testing, and customer service to fulfill the customer service in Japan entity.
2) Developing and implementing annual business plan and budget. Oversees
all financial performance including accounting, credit transactions,
insurance, taxes, and funds.
3) Overall management of information strategy and IT investment plan
according to business strategy
4) Overall management of human resource, legal and general affairs matters
5) Determining the technical direction of the company, strategic supervision
of R&D and general use of software in the entity.
6) Deployment of knowledge management guideline.
7) Any other supervision of overall business matter not listed above
3. Responsible for building a D***’s brand in Japan.
4. Champion the overall sales and marketing performance and provide reports to
a global function heads and to *** Korea
5. Mentor direct reports, especially regarding D*** mission, vision, and values
6. Contribute to the overall APAC’ success of our company

Requirements
Key Qualifications:
1. More than 20 years of proven experience as an executive officer
(overall operation and business management) in IT/ICT/Manufacturing industry
2. Language: Fluent Japanese (mandatory), and English strongly preferred
3. Master’s degree or MBA strongly preferred
4. Need to demonstrate strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills
5. Deep understandings of Japanese politics to enforce laws and regulations
6. Maintains the highest level of diversity and ethical practices.
7. Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations
8. A natural leader who inspires and motivates those around them
