職務内容 - The Position:
This is an Advertisement Moderation Specialist role – Social Media services.
Keeping people safe and creating consistent experiences on their platforms requires both industry-leading policies and processes that allow them to enforce these policies around the world. The company optimize all Global Operations processes to benefit the advertisers, partners, and employees who use their platforms.

As an Advertisement Moderation Specialist for social media platforms. You will act as the pivot between all actors taking part in the products and processes that ensure social media ads are safe and appropriate. You will cover the customer information needs of fast, intuitive ad on-boarding with the requirements of human and automated ad moderation to create an end-user experience that is principled and safe. You will be covering subjects such as advertisements content checking, advertisements moderation strategies, processes, and advertisements integrity systems at internet scale. Take regular working summary and reflection, continuously review and improve the performance on both quality and efficiency, and bring timely feedback of the issues and optimization opportunities found in the work.

Requirements
必要なスキル・経験 - Required Skills and Experience:
• English as a working language, and proficiency in Japanese to handle daily questions in this language. Multilingual is highly preferred.
• Computer fluency and understanding of software and advanced internet functions;
• MS Office skills;
• Ability to evaluate the content of advertisements by referring to Ads Review Guidelines and Desktop Procedure, strong analytical and research skills;
• Ability to work in fast and evolving workflows with eye for detail;
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality while meeting strict deadlines.
• Flexible and able to cope well with change
• Ability to leverage data and trend analysis to identify issues then advise on path to improvement or solution
• Ambitions, striving for professional development, and proven ability to learn fast
• Proactive, takes initiative, able to multi-task and prioritize
