Job Description
This is an TA Lead position.
The business constant expansion in Japan leads to increase the needs of their HR Team. Today, they are looking for candidates that will accept the challenge of strengthening the Japan branch’s HR in ways that are both simple and effective. As the leader of their recruiting team, you will conceive practical and creative ways to engage the best leading talent in the market. The team is driven and motivated to be knowledgeable partners to our candidates and hiring managers. They are collaborative in problem-solving, with high tenacity in challenging situations.
Requirements
・Strong communication and organizational skills.
・Keen attention to detail, and experience in both building and executing recruiting processes.
・Passionate about providing a great experience for all our candidates, whether they pass or not.
・Entrepreneurial and creative. Problem solving ability and autonomous.
・Experience closing senior and/or executive level candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages.
・Optimistic and collaborative. We're building an awesome team and looking for someone excited to roll their sleeves up and join us as we start this journey.
Language proficiency: Business Level in English, and Native in Japanese
