Job Description
Business Responsibilities
Produce digital-related initiatives in collaboration with internal creative team, production and development companies, and external production companies.
Main Role
・Digital campaign planning and production
・Digital content planning and production
・Planning and producing SNS promotions
・Digital advertising production management
・Support for optimizing advertisements and other aspects through PDCA operations based on website log analysis and ad delivery results
・Support for implementing marketing tools and systems such as CMS , CRM tools, and databases including CDP
Requirements
・Digital campaign planning and production
・Experience in designing 360 communication plans , including digital
・Experience using SNS (LINE, etc.) for marketing
・Experience managing large website projects
・Knowledge and experience regarding CRM implementation
・More than 5 years of experience as a producer , production manager, or project manager at a digital production company or agency
・Japanese: Native level
・English: Not required, but you should be able to communicate in daily emails and understand documents. It would be a plus if you could speak business English and give presentations.
・Experience planning and implementing digital initiatives for major domestic and international clients
-Microsoft Office tools required, XD , Photoshop , Illustrator preferred
・Those who have a strong sense of ownership and leadership towards the projects they are in charge of
