This HRBP Director position 
To lead and manage the people related agenda as the HRBP Director to meet the present and future business needs through closely working with business leaders and members. Build organizational capability, develop human resources and enhance motivation by leading and implementing comprehensive HR Strategic and operational initiatives.
The primary duties will cover: 
- Business Partner
- Leadership and Management 
- Performance Management
- Career and Succession Planning
- Learning & Development
- Resourcing 



必要なスキル・経験 Required Skills and Experience

Bachelors Degree or above
Business experience as HRBP (Including multi-national company)
Industry experience in HR field relative to Engineering and manufacturing, electronic appliances, IT Hardware, automotive, industrial goods or durables manufacturing
Human Capital Management (HCM) consulting experience and HR strategy and project management experience would be preferred
Business knowledge of Global HR operation practices is a plus
Good communication and presentation skills
Strong people management and interpersonal skills
Professional level of English and Japanese
