Immediate Opening - March start!
- Coordinate the interview settings, seminars and other related events
- Initial contact person for the applicants (Inbound/Outbound)
- Applicants data management with Mynavi tool (experience with Mynavi or similar tool required)
- General administrative work (prepare offer letters, interview sheets, etc.)
- Progress management for each selection process
- Data processing for reporting
- Presentation of certificate ceremony coordination
Minimum Requirements:
· Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role
· Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
· Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems and Candidate Management Systems
· Japanese Native, English Conversational
