This position is for a Talent Acquisition Manager.
This role will be involved in and responsible for attracting top talent for the Healthcare business. In addition will support Japan's strategic initiatives and also special recruiting projects.
This role will work with recruitment agencies as well as global and regional talent acquisition teams to build several projects for staffing needs.
Work with key stakeholders to and provide consultation to solve difficult hiring requirements.

Over 5 years Mid-career recruitment experience in any industry
Must speak Japanese at a Native Level and have Business level English ability
Strong communication skills with motivation.
