Job Description
This is a hand's on operation with strategic Human Resources position reporting to the Senior HRBP.
This position covers the following responsibilities:
-Payroll Vendor Management
-Lead and execute the staffing/hiring needs as well as covering the on-boarding process for new starters
-Maintain HR data accuracy on SAP HR system
-Administration for performance Management, incentive plans and salary reviews
-Covering both Operations and Strategic HR matters, working closely with the HR Leader/HRBP
Requirements
Bachelors degree
2+ years experience as a HR generalist
Japan labor related laws and registrations
Experience with HR systems (HRIS)
