You will drive revenue whilst managing the end to end sales process for of one of the world's largest and fastest growing international distribution companies.
Job Description
● Forecast and achieve annual sales targets
● Strategically negotiate deal terms and conditions which maximize return and profitability to Business Plan
● Oversee the end to end sales process for Japan with the assistance of Sales & Contracts Coordinator
● Maintain existing and develop new relationships with key clients
● Identify new business opportunities
● As the territory expert you will actively identify & report on market trends
● Manage the annual budget and forecasting for Japan
● Attend sales trips and international markets as identified by Manager
● Prepare for and participate in regular sales tracking meetings
● Contribute to managing the objectives, performance and coaching of Cluster Sales Coordinators
● Manage all Japanese language and dubbed masters included royalties, payaways access and licensing

Requirements
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Communications or Media preferred.
Abilities and Characteristics required:
● Highly competent written and verbal Japanese and English language skills
● Strong understanding of Television, New Media and Home Entertainment rights and trends essential.
● Ability to work transparently & communicate key information to the cluster
● Self motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a stand-alone position
● Strong relationship management skills
● Ability to take direction and work with the VP to deliver the agreed sales strategy
● Team player with the desire to drive the business forward individually and under direction
● Previous experience in a Sales Executive role within an international TV sales team
● First hand knowledge of the Japanese market
● Highly motivated and hardworking
● Able to prioritise workload in order to maximize outcomes and meet deadlines
