This is a Recruiter position
You will work within the Talent Acquisition team to execute hiring needs for general and more niche positions.
Working with Senior management to identify hiring needs for each division
Working with external vendors and agencies to bring in top talent. Including using job boards and online platforms
Requirements
Bachelors Degree
Must have experience working in the Healthcare industry in some scope
Native Japanese and high business English Ability
Strong communication skills, time management and team work capabilities.
