Job Description
Our client seeks to appoint a new and key team member for Sales Retail team to assist in building on the successes of the existing team, with the aim of expanding the footprint and driving further growth and success.
·This is a quota carrying position and is the primary selling role for our client in the dedicated account/accounts and/or territory (the "Territory"). The Territory is Retail Industry where our client focuses on customers such as biggest E-Commerce companies.
·Account Executive is responsible for effectively executing the sales process and managing new business development in the Territory. The role is responsible for maintaining, communicating and executing the sales plan.
·AE will be assigned the dedicated account/accounts; most of our accounts are famous Japanese companies. It is great opportunity that candidates are in charge of such a company with a well-established team (Solution Architect, Industry Consultant, Professional Services consultant and so on) and selling our client's excellent products.
·We expect you to bring experience in selling and articulating the value of large enterprise IT solutions based on database technology, business intelligence and associated solutions and services, to customers and prospects. We also expect you will have the experience with selling to the designated customer portfolio in the Retail /E-Commerce Industry.
Requirements
- More than 5 years’ experience in a customer facing role with direct responsibility for overall account management;
- Experience with Enterprise IT solution selling to designated customer portfolio in the Retail industry;
- Account Planning skill;
- Consultative selling skills;
- Demonstrated leadership skills;
- Solution-selling skills;
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
- Good English language skills, fluent/native Japanese;
- Self-starter, results-orientated, and good team player.
