Job Description
・Practice of technical contracts between Honda and business partners (companies, universities, research institutes etc) around the world (planning, negotiation, negotiation, concluding contract development agreement, research consignment contract, licensing contract etc.) Business * Japanese / English)
・ Application of advanced technology including advanced information processing technology · Intellectual property related business related to dispute etc
・Practice of production license contract between Japanese head office and overseas affiliated companies (Problem solving of production license agreement , Planning, negotiation, concluding business)
・Construct intellectual property measures for all intellectual property-related contracts
・Intellectual property related work such as disputes, applications etc
・English agreement preparation (Negotiation using English)

Requirements
・ Person who possesses communication skills in English (guidelines: TOEIC 750 points or more) and one of the following experiences
・ Experience of contract related work
・ Experience of patented technology related work of advanced information processing technology
