International E-Commence company is looking for an associate to work in a cross-functional role in the Compliance Department
Job Description
- design/develop strong ethics and compliance program
- draft rules and policies that are understandable
- work with business to improve compliance process
- design and develop compliance training program to promote compliance within company
- create IT system for compliance
- work with departments to share information and cooperate on compliance relate matters
Requirements
-Must-
- proficient in English and Japanese (TOEIC 800+)
-Preferred-
-legal qualification or experience (any jurisdiction) and/or experience in Compliance/Risk
-familiarity with specific areas of law/compliance (company law, AML, anti-bribery, competition law, consumer protection, or other areas)
-experience in implementing a compliance program
-experience in training a compliance program for various different groups, in different settings
-experience in corporate governance in for public companies
-knowledge of Japanese company law
-corporate experience in IT, HR, e-commerce, legal, internal audit
