Job Description
As a member of the legal team, you will be involved with:
- Providing legal counsel and education to other departments;
- Drafting, amending, negotiating etc draft contracts and other legal documents;
- Responding to litigation; and
- Coordination relating to the board of directors and other important committees.

Requirements
- Japanese attorney qualifications.
- Basic knowledge of insurance industry regulations and company law.
- Willing to work in English.
- 5+ years experience in the life insurance industry is preferred.
- Be a team player.
