Company Overview<br/>外資系の会社で、現在急成長中の会社でございます。<br/>事業内容はRPA (Robotic Process Automation)で、コンピューター上で行われる業務プロセスを人に代わり自動化する技術です。人間が繰り返し行うクリックやキーボード入力など定常的な業務が自動化できることから、仮想知的労働者(デジタルレイバー)とも呼ばれています。<br/><br/>Job Description<br/>Responsibilities<br/><br/>What if you could shape the future of work and be part of the team that creates the digital workforce of tomorrow, using Robotic Process Automation.<br/> If you like to think ahead, like we do, then we must talk.<br/><br/>l Review payroll preparation done by a payroll vendor liaising with HR function<br/><br/>l Responsible for accounting and reporting for payroll related items<br/><br/>l Follow the global payroll approval process (headcount & input versus output reconciliation, funding request and GL mapping review, Gross to net variance analysis)<br/><br/>l Ensure the payroll input is provided in time as agreed by the Global Payroll Calendar<br/><br/>l Liaise with third party providers in different HR related matters collaborating with HR function<br/><br/>l Support the international Payroll and HR team on different global/local projects<br/><br/>l Provide calculation/cost estimate on specific data, upon request<br/><br/>l Assist with day to day operations of the Finance and HR functions and duties (employees’ expense, HR database update, etc.)<br/><br/>l Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information when necessary, including support documents for employee visa.<br/><br/>l Process documentation and prepare reports related to personnel activities whenever requested by the GPM<br/><br/>l Communicate with public services when necessary;<br/><br/>l Responsibilities of this role also include assistance with maintaining employee expense system (Concur) and handling queries from employees as well as coordination with global / local travel agencies, establishing employees’ health care program as well as benefit program.<br/><br/>Requirements<br/>3+ years of work experience as an HR & Payroll administrator in a multinational company in size of 100+ employees<br/><br/>Knowledge of labor legislation<br/><br/>PC literacy and experience with MS Office applications<br/><br/>Ability to liaise with multiple departments (HR, Finance, Treasury)<br/><br/> Fluency both in English and Japanese <br/><br/> Ability to multi-task, including juggling and prioritizing numerous projects at the same time, often under strict time constraints<br/><br/> Excellent communication skills and demonstrates resilience when handling challenge<br/><br/> Excellent organizational and time-management skills;<br/><br/>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including attention to detail;<br/><br/>A high level of confidentiality<br/><br/>Enthusiasm to support the stabilization of a new Global Payroll Unit<br/><br/>Good to have a Labor and Social Security Attorney (社会保険労務士) and Bookkeeping 2nd grade+ (日商簿記2級以上) qualification<br/><br/>Degree in Human Resources or Economic background is plus<br/><br/>Additional Job Information<br/>We are offering the possibility to work from home or flexible working hours in a nice office plus free daily premium catering.
