Company Overview<br/>外資系の会社で、現在急成長中の会社でございます。<br/>事業内容はRPA (Robotic Process Automation)で、コンピューター上で行われる業務プロセスを人に代わり自動化する技術です。人間が繰り返し行うクリックやキーボード入力など定常的な業務が自動化できることから、仮想知的労働者(デジタルレイバー)とも呼ばれています。<br/><br/>Job Description<br/>Scope of activities<br/><br/>Facilitate workforce planning and define job descriptions collaborating with the management team.<br/><br/>Talent sourcing: identify the right candidates for both technical and non-technical roles inside the company;<br/><br/>Coordinate the activity of external freelance recruiters and technical recruitment agencies;<br/><br/>Pre-screening and screening of candidates: ensure that selected candidates pass the relevant technical tests and hold first interviews with them, in order to check cultural fit;<br/><br/>Coordinate the end-to-end interview process, in close relation with hiring managers across the globe;<br/><br/>Campus recruiting; plan and execute campus recruiting program to identify exceptional talent inside and outside the country.<br/><br/>Ensure an exceptional candidate experience: everyone gets an answer to their application;<br/><br/>Act as Employer Brand Ambassador for UiPath in job fairs and all other relevant events for the technical community;<br/><br/>Facilitate the hiring on on-boarding process: contract signature, ensuring new employees have the rights tools and access before they start;<br/><br/>Accountable for compliance with hiring administrative procedures;<br/><br/>Ensure an exceptional employee experience: act as first point of contact for all requests regarding workplace dynamics, performance management, corporate social responsibility and sustainability policies;<br/><br/>Requirements<br/>IT recruitment experience - at least 3 years;<br/><br/>Experience in campus recruiting is a plus.<br/><br/>Proven track record in creating technical teams in a start-up like environment;<br/><br/>Kindness, openness and initiative in dealing with employees' requests;<br/><br/>Can handle and enjoy VUCA situation;<br/><br/>Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint;<br/><br/>Fluency in English and Japanese (both written and spoken) is mandatory<br/><br/>A technical background or basic programming skills are a plus.<br/><br/>Additional Job Information<br/>We are offering the possibility to work from home or flexible working hours in a nice office plus free daily premium catering.
