Job Description
HR Generalist/Officer:
• Responsible for recruitment in Japan
• Work with Japan management team for succession plan and development plan for key roles / talents
• Facilitate performance review, annual salary review and other HR activities, provide insights to managers
• Work with other HRs in APAC to build strategic HR plans and execute them locally
• Partner with APAC HR team for Compensation & Benefit, HR System, etc. to drive consistent and efficient HR practices
• Ensure Japan HR processes / practices are complied with local regulations
• Manage payroll, local benefits, employee relations and HR vendors
• Maintains employee records and paperwork
Requirements
• A few years’ experience in the HR field with solid background in Recruitment or Operations
• Good collaboration skills and teamwork
• Good communication skills in both Japanese and English
• Self-motivated, pro-active and work independently with sound judgment
