Job Description
- Act as primary person responsible for selected clients' payroll function
- Management of labor insurance, social insurance, and other tax related items for new employees and leavers at client companies
- Payroll payment setting management
- Other various ad-hoc work related to payroll, bookkeeping, and tax
Requirements
Prior payroll work experience
Excel skills
Previous work in accounting and/or sales preferred
Business communication skills in Japanese and English
Additional Job Information
Company offers study support program in order to pursue Finance certification (i.e. Nissho Boki, JCPA, Zeirisshi, etc).
If candidate has manager experience, company will hire as a Manager level
