Company Overview<br/>A Global leader in Audio solutions<br/><br/>Job Description<br/>This Rewards & Development position will be responsible for managing locally the planning, implementation and administration of compensation programs that attract, retain, motivate and reward employees, along with learning and development programs to provide support for current and future employee development and succession planning. <br/>The Manager will also support Businesses, HR and Recruitment with market trends, compensation survey results. She or he will also handle the benefit plans such as the fringe benefits, medical, life insurance, wellness and health management programs. This role will conduct analyses of benefits programs in order to evaluate external competitiveness and legal compliance of the company’s benefits practices.<br/><br/>-Provide compensation and benefits expertise and competitive insight to Human Resources partners, client groups and business leaders.<br/>-Analyze new and emerging benefits designed to meet the needs of a changing workforce such as wellness programs and flexible benefits plans.<br/>-Contributes to the design, development and implementation of compensation plans to improve consistency throughout the organization.<br/>-Provides and improves communications regarding compensation plans and designs.<br/>-Educates Human Resources team on compensation practices and future initiatives.<br/>-Administers compensation programs, including annual compensation review.<br/>-Develops salary recommendations based on compensation analyses and bench marking of roles.<br/>-Maintains and updates position descriptions, conducts job evaluations and grading.<br/>-Accurately interprets, counsels, communicates, and educates managers and staff on compensation policies and procedures to ensure smooth operation of compensation initiatives.<br/>-Must remain current on all benefits policies, programs and practices along with staying current with new laws and regulations.<br/>-Leads various compensation and benefits projects as assigned.<br/>-Support division HRBP Leads and Global Rewards with data accuracy and validation<br/>-In partnership with Lead HRBPs and Director, HR & Rewards, develop annual workforce plan; leverage insights to adjust future strategies and plans<br/>-Support preparing key analytics for the division’s monthly HR report<br/>-Collect and organize pieces of information into meaningful and actionable insights using visual design and info graphics that enhances effective decision making<br/>-Prepare presentation materials to aid in the communication of HR projects, analyses, etc.<br/>-Deliver reporting and analytics solutions appropriate to meet the needs of internal customers (ad hoc reporting tools, standard reports, executive dashboards etc.)<br/>-Ensure accuracy and data integrity of HR system through periodic review and audits<br/>-Provide support for all HR processes throughout the annual People cycle (e.g. performance, merit, target setting)<br/>-Practice independent thinking in managing work and projects<br/>-Perform other HR related assignments as needed<br/><br/>Requirements<br/> Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.<br/> Native-level Japanese, Fluent Business English.<br/> A minimum of 8 years experience in HR, including experience in compensation & benefits.<br/> Excellent understanding of the local labor market trends<br/> Experience with participating and analyzing rewards surveys.<br/> Strong working knowledge of benefits-related laws.<br/> Relevant experience in managing HR programs.<br/> Project leadership experience.<br/> Willingness to travel as needed.<br/><br/>
