This is a L&D Program Manager||L&D マネージャー position.

As an L&D strategist in the HR team, you will conceive practical and creative ways to engage the best leading talent in the market. • グローバルな各拠点の人事部門のメンバーと一緒に国内外拠点への入社・出向で早期立ち上がりを実現するために、必要な業務フローの設計及び社内外のコミュニケーションを担当する。
• グローバル展開を含む全社の人事担当として、メンバー〜マネージャレイヤーの教育・研修プログラムの設計/実行にコアメンバーとして関わる。
• 優秀な人材の入社後、組織へのエンゲージメントを高め生産性を最大限に引き出せる仕組みを構築する。
