Job Description
Recruiter/Talent Acquisition, part of a team of TAs based globally, your main responsibilities will be:
• Manage the 360° recruitment lifecycle, including on-boarding and off-boarding
• Working together with businesss managers from different teams and locations in Europe & Asia
• Create and spread Job descriptions, screen CV’s, conducting interviews and coordinating meetings for candidates and extend offers
• Direct-sourcing candidates from different channels
Requirements
• Experience working in Recruitment and managing full-lifecycle recruitment
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese
