Job Description
* Processing end to end pay runs for salaried and hourly employees
* Pre- and post- payroll administration
* Liaison with partner departments such as HR, Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Tax
* Comply with SOX rules and regulations
* Prepare and reconcile GL entries for payroll related accounts
* Produce timely responses to employee inquiries with excellent verbal and written skills
* Participate in global projects
* Participate in Operational Excellence activities such as Six Sigma (Kaizen/Green Belt)
* Build and implement Standard Operational Procedures and processing workflows
* Supervise payroll analysts in Manila
* Audit preparation and support
Requirements
* 2+ years of payroll/HR experience with a large and fast paced environment in multinational companies/accounting firms
* Exceptional attention to details - Able to analyze the root causes and efficiently eliminate the problem
