Job Description
HR & GA/Admin Manager with 1 direct HR report:
- Manage 1 HR subordinate
- Complete all required documentation for various HR related information, such as new hire paperwork, change of status forms, compensation request and HRIS updates, as required;
- In charge of on-boarding/off-boarding procedures and processes
- Responsible for the 360° recruitment flow (from job posting, screening resumes, interviewing etc.)
- Assist and support HR management in preparing for training sessions and meetings;
- Complete all informational reports as required by the APAC Human Resources and CEO in Japan;
- Arrange local administration for various company-wide programs such as service awards, performance management and compensation processes;
- Manage and prepare various personnel related records and payroll;
- Responsible for company car management
- To control office supplies
- Assist Visa documents for group company gest from external Japan;
