Job Description
This is a HR Lead position for Japan entity
Working with local and APAC leadership team to align business growth and development.
Oversee all HR matter for Japan for both Strategic and operations matters
Requirements
Independent and eager to do something different in his/her next career move.
Familiar with local HR marketing is a plus to explore JP talent market/channels and expand JP team to next phase. Ability to be a business partner to align with the company and JP team’s strategy.
Ability to be a good talent ambassador to attract hi-potential talents.
Ability to be a good communicator between HQ and JP team. The candidate is proficient in English.
Ability to be a good internal consultant and listener to collect all information and provide the management team his/her suggestions and action plans. Team leader Experience is a plus to understand people manager’s need.
