Job Description
HR Manager for Head quarters.
You will take full responsibility for HR within head office and relating to core services.
Leading a small team you will strategically refine HR processes and practices to move in line with Global best practice.
This role will work closely with business leaders on a local and international basis to ensure that HR is serving the business and working efficiently.
Areas of responsibility will be diverse , covering HR operations and strategy.
Requirements
Strong HR Generalist background.
Understanding of Japanese Labor law.
HR Management experience.
Fluent Japanese and English is mandatory.
