Job Description
You will be responsible for providing timely and practice advice on legal matters for the company as well as working with local governments. You will also be responsible for handling legal projects for the company as well as being in charge of commercial documentation for the company.
Requirements
- Qualified attorney (either in Japan or in a leading jurisdiction) with experience of at least 5 years in a firm or in house position.
- Excellent drafting and communication skills. Also demonstrated problem solver
- Bilingual (Japanese and English)
- Generalist experience preferred
