This is a TA manager||人事採用マネージャー.
The business constant expansion in Japan leads to increase the needs of their HR Team. Today, they are looking for candidates that will accept the challenge of strengthening the Japan branch’s HR in ways that are both simple and effective. In relation with the business and the HR teams, you will conceive practical and creative ways to provide and align business recruitment objectives (tactical and strategic) with employees and management in specific business functions. The team is driven and motivated to be knowledgeable partners to our candidates and hiring managers. They are collaborative in problem-solving, with high tenacity in challenging situations.

• 日本研究所の技術分野に関わる人材市場の分析を行い、有効な人材獲得計画の策定および提案。
• 学会や電気電子業界でハイレベルの技術者をサーチし、コミュニケーションする
• 中途採用、特に研究者の採用。
• 華為日本研究所の採用ブランディング向上をはかり、採用力の強化につなげる。
• 中国語:流暢 日本語: 流暢 英語:ビジネス
• 3年程度のインハウス採用業務の経験、Excutive Searchの経験があれば尚可。

• 高いレベルの向上心、責任感、積極性、コミュニケーション能力、スピード感のある事務処理能力を有すること。
